SkillSphere is a recruitment and talent-placement service operating from 45 Tithepit Shaw Lane, Warlingham, Surrey, CR6 9AS, United Kingdom. In these terms, "SkillSphere", "we", "us" and "our" refer to SkillSphere; "you" and "your" refer to the employer, visitor or user of our website and services.

2. Using our website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or use it to transmit unlawful, misleading or harmful content. We may suspend or withdraw access to the website at any time without notice.

3. Our fees & guarantee

SkillSphere operates on a success-based (contingency) model. There is no charge to receive a shortlist or interview candidates; a placement fee becomes payable only when you successfully hire a candidate we introduced. Applicable fees, payment terms and our replacement guarantee are set out in your engagement details and in our pricing and refund policy.

We never ask candidates for payment of any kind. Any request for a candidate to pay a fee is not from SkillSphere.

4. Your responsibilities

Hiring decisions are yours. While we identity- and background-check candidates before they reach you, you remain responsible for conducting your own interviews, verifying suitability, complying with employment and right-to-work laws in your jurisdiction, and making the final hiring decision.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and the SkillSphere name — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute it without our prior written permission.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss arising from a hiring decision. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. See also our disclaimer.

7. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above shows when. Continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
